Greetings, dear friend, how are you?
Well, even though I haven't posted anything in a while, I have been working on stuff so when I finally get a scanner to work, it should be a flood!
Most of you don't know, but it is my spring break this week. What have I done? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but play pokemans, doodle, eat, sleep, and take up space. Sounds lovely right? I'm not being totally honest. I did catch up on D. Gray-man (wanna punch lv. 4 in the face) and other manga as well. More on that later.
Today I met up with a friend from school to discuss our costumes for A-kon in June. We were going to meet at the comic book place right by my house. The time rolls around and it turns out the only day of the week they are closed on is Tuesday (yesterday by the time I’m writing this as it is past midnight here). Go figure. So we decided to go to the GameStop a couple doors down to be delinquents. Turns out they had SuperSmashBros. Brawl, and he bought a copy, but they also had a demo set up in the store. I took the nunchuck and he took the Wiimote and we played tandem one player. The game is actually really easy to get used to (took me a total of 12 seconds) playing by myself. If you don’t like the Wiimote/nunchuck, it does work with the GameCube controller. Samus is still my best character, but the Pokemon Trainer was fun to play as, as well as Pitt. Today (Wednesday) my friend and I are going to another friends house who has it and unlocked a good few characters so we can nerd out there. SAMUS FTW! And since Kirby, Metaknight, and King Dedede are characters, I would like to point out something hilarious. For those of you who don’t know, Kirby’s theme music is a big thing in Japan, with synching to anime/tv show character’s voices. Some of the characters featured are from shows like Yu-gi-oh, Suzumiya Harui, Lucky Star, Ninja Nonsense, etc. HOWEVER! Someone found that if you play “Drop It Like It’s Hot” by Snoop Dogg while playing the Kirby theme, they strangely mix. I’ll provide a link at the bottom!

As for last week’s manga:

Naruto:
I SEE ORO’S WILLY! *spoiler alert* (don’t expect too much this week) *end spoiler*

Bleach:
CONFLICTED! I don’t really want them to get into all the action again, but I really want to see who they fight. I’m guessing it goes like this: Aizen vs. HatnClogs, Tousen vs. Isshin, and Gin vs. Ryoken (the latter two can be interchanged), with Yourichi somewhere in there. OR. Karakuta Rangers + Tatsuki/Aizawa/Miziru vs. Gin! Also, YAY FOR STARK! BEST ESPADA EVAR LUL WHUT?!

One Piece:
Great chapter! Way to tie in cover-arc with main story, Oda-sensei! I’m thinking the masked guy is Axe-hand Morgan…just a silly guess.

I’ll stop doing a Fairy Tail opinion, since none of you seem to read it

Aside from D. Gray-man, I did catch up on other manga too. Just a few minutes ago, I caught up on Hellsing. FREAKING AMAZING. Go read it, it’s so good! I also read Yu-Gi-Oh! GX for the laughs, and it’s actually…better(?) than the show (some of you are going ‘it’s not that hard’ I did also start/catch up on another Shonen Jump series called Psyren! I think it’s pretty good, and if I want to read the first chapter, I can just walk to mah bookshelf and pick it up since it was in one of the Jumps I got in Hawaii (bragbragbrag). But I do recommend it to those looking for a new series to stay with weekly!

I’m also going on a trip this week, and I’ll be back by the Weekend’s end. Moar SSBB if I’m lucky enough. So I hope you all have a good week/weekend!
